5th Annual Black and Blue Brawl

On Saturday, October 24th Keith Norris and the JHU Wrestling program hosted the fifth annual Black and Blue Brawl. For those of you who don't know, the Black and Blue Brawl is an inter -squad wrestling scrimmage where the boys battle a starting spot for their season opener. After the match, there was a gathering of close to 150 alumni, friends and family of the wrestling program in the Evans Room of the Ralph S. O'Connor Recreation Center, catered by The Classic Catering People.

It was a very enjoyable event that was greatly attended this year by the student body and an exciting kick off to a promising season for the Blue Jay grapplers. As the guys warmed up, Coach Norris and his coaching staff gave a tour of the wrestling room and the newly renovated wrestling locker room, which many of the attendees supported. However, there is always more work to be done...if you'd like to support Hopkins Wrestling or any of our other sports, please contact us at bju@jhu.edu or follow this link! http://bit.ly/wUMA2
As always, thanks to everyone who attended this event! Our wrestlers kicked off their season at the Messiah Invitational on November 7th, where they finished 6th. To keep up with their season results check out http://www.hopkinssports.com/.

Forever a Blue Jay!
